Bushmills is made just along the road: the oldest licensed distillery in the world, five miles from where you’ll be sitting. Our self-guided flight gathers three expressions – including a few hard to find beyond these shores – each shaped by a different cask and a different stretch of time. A tasting card at your table walks you through every dram, from the gentle opener to the rare and considered finish. Available now at the Red Sail Bar. No need to book – simply pull up a seat.
