Our namesake, the Bass Rock, has stood proudly off the coast for over 800 years. Today, it’s home to thousands of seabirds and remains one of East Lothian’s most iconic sights. With unrivalled views of this natural wonder, the Bass Rock Bar and Lounge offers an inviting setting to pause, reflect, and unwind.

Turn your Tuesday evening into a relaxing escape. Our Twilight Tuesday experience treats you to an evening spa pass, followed by a hearty charcuterie board to share — only £30 for two guests. Soak in the hydropool and unwind in the saunas for a couple hours, then refuel with a tasty bite at our scenic Bass Rock Bar.

We’re firing up the grill every Sunday this summer, serving made-to-order burgers, loaded hot dogs and other barbecue favourites in the hotel garden. Pop by starting at noon to enjoy some casual al fresco dining.
