In collaboration with CláraTide, this restorative retreat invites you to reconnect – with nature, with stillness, and with yourself. Set against the wild beauty of the Atlantic coast, the two-day experience blends mindful practice with the rhythm of the outdoors: guided art and journaling sessions, grounding coastal walks, nourishing seasonal meals, and moments of quiet reflection.

Includes one night of accommodation, dinner on the first night and breakfast, and all retreat activities.
Terms & Conditions:
A 50% deposit secures your place at the CláraTide Retreat at Portrush Adelphi, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The retreat will run with at least 8 guests. If we don’t reach this number, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments fully refunded. Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat receive 80% of the deposit back; within 30 days, no refund is available. All activities, including yoga and swims, are undertaken at your own risk – please let us know of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs.
