Legends Club Terms & Conditions

1. MEMBER BENEFITS

1.1 Welcome drink, birthday cocktail and celebration offer.

Members are entitled to a complimentary welcome drink upon joining and one birthday cocktail during the month of their birthday. When booking a table for 8 guests or more, members are eligible for a complimentary bottle of house fizz.

  • These offers are valid for individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Proof of age and identity must be provided (e.g., valid ID such as a passport or driver’s license) to confirm eligibility
  • The complimentary welcome drink can be redeemed once on the day that the membership card is collected from the hotel, subject to availability.
  • The complimentary birthday cocktail can be redeemed once during the guest’s birthday month, subject to availability.
  • Guests must inform their host/ server of their eligibility and present valid identification to claim the offer.
  • All offers are subject to compliance with local licensing laws, including but not limited to:
    • The sale and consumption of alcohol must not be encouraged in a irresponsible manner.
    • The complimentary offers apply only to cocktails included in the designated menu for the promotion.
    • Alternative non-alcoholic options will be available upon request.
  • The offers are limited to one complimentary cocktail per eligible individual.
  • The cocktail or bottle of fizz must be consumed on the premises.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or loyalty rewards.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or withdraw the offer if the guest is unable to provide valid identification or appears intoxicated.
  • The venue promotes responsible drinking. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their cocktail responsibly.
  • The restaurant and bar reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • This offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

1.2 Event Room Hire Discount

Legends Club members receive a discount on event room hire at all Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts locations.

  • This offer is subject to availability and individual group terms & conditions at each property.

1.3 Overnight Stay Promotion

A discounted bedroom rate is available exclusively through the Legends Club online booking link.

  • Proof of membership is required during check-in
  • Discounted rates are subject to availability
  • For bookings of 8 rooms or more, please contact our reservations team as they would be subject to group rates, terms & conditions.

2. GENERAL TERMS

  • Legends Club benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or shared.
  • By joining Legends Club you agree to be contacted via email for marketing purposes.
  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounted rates unless explicitly stated.
  • Benefits and discounts are subject to availability and may vary depending on the property, event or date.
  • Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to modify or withdraw Legends Club benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • Proof of membership may be required to access benefits and discounts.

3. DISCLAIMER

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts are not responsible for any errors or omissions in Legends Club communications or benefits. Membership may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts if terms are breached or abused.
