Burns Night Whisky Tasting with The GlenDronach
Saturday 24 January | 6:30pm or 9:30pm
Mark Burns Night with an intimate guided whisky tasting in the atmospheric surroundings of Room 116, in partnership with The GlenDronach. Join their brand ambassador, Scott, for a relaxed 45-minute tasting exploring three drams – including the 12 Year Old and 15 Year Old – alongside a surprise selection. Along the way, enjoy stories of Burns Night tradition, the character of The GlenDronach and a nod to St Andrews’ enduring spirit.
Complete the evening with Burns Supper specials at 18, our rooftop restaurant, before or after your tasting.

Celebrate Burns Night with a menu of Scottish favourites. Start with a twice-baked Arran cheddar soufflé with melted leeks and Arbroath smokie sauce. For mains, enjoy grilled lamb loin and haggis Wellington with potato purée, confit swede and green peppercorn sauce. Finish with our Whiskey Baba, served with Eden Mill single malt and raspberries.
