With an approachable, seasonal menu designed around flavour and simplicity, The Lawn offers the very best ingredients from East Lothian and the surrounding area, served in a relaxed setting.
Diners can expect to see East Coast crab, hand-dived scallops, and hot-smoked salmon sourced minutes from the hotel, while dishes like ox cheeks, rack of lamb, and slow-cooked pork belly draw on the rich agricultural hinterland of East Lothian.
Taking centre stage at the hotel, the restaurant overlooks the green lawns from which it takes its name, and has expansive views across the walled garden, down to the coast towards Fife.
